What do I need for fingerprinting services
- Valid Driver's License or ID
- Social Security number
- Any instructions you have that may include an ORI number if applicable
- Reason for fingerprints
- Be sure to hydrate prior to visit
Do you have same day service available
We do our best to accommodate same-day fingerprinting appointments, depending on our schedule and the service you need. Call us at (830) 214-0609 to check availability before visiting, and we’ll try to fit you in. Same-day service refers to your fingerprinting appointment; background-check results may take additional time to process.
When will I receive my background-check results

Processing time depends on the background-check service and the receiving agency. Contact us for the current estimated turnaround time for your selected service. Completing your fingerprinting appointment does not guarantee that your results will be available the same day.

Typically anywhere from 12-72 hours depending on how busy the FBI is.
Do you provide the FINGERPRINT CARDS
Yes, we carry the standard FBI card (FD-258). Also depending on who is requesting your fingerprints, they may provide the card for you.
Do you accept credit cards
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express
What is a Texas state entity
If you need fingerprints FOR TEXAS ONLY the following must contact Identogo: School employees, Physical Therapists, Day Care employees, Realtors, Plumbers, and License to Carry clients. Feel free to call if you are unsure of where to go.
